You may make only two verifiable consumer requests for access or data portability within a twelve (12) month period.

Verifiable requests must:

Provide sufficient information allowing TAI to reasonably verify you are the person or authorized representative for whom personal information may have been collected.

Describe your request with sufficient detail allowing understanding and evaluation in order to provide response.

TAI CANNOT respond to personal information requests if we cannot verify your identity or the authority to make the request and confirm that the personal information relates to you.
